No patient health information lives in this portal — ever. Patient data stays in Beeline's existing clinical systems. This portal is for everything else: finance, staff, vendor relationships, sales, internal operations. Every free-text input is automatically scanned for PHI before persistence, and every AI prompt carries a stop-clause that routes anything clinical-looking to a human. If something slips through, please report it to an admin.
